How To Login To MyApp TCS Portal?
If any employee wants to log in to the portal, must follow the below steps.
- The employee should visit the official website of MyApp TCS at https://myapp.tcs.com.
- The next page will appear, here click on the “Login” tab on the home page.
- The TCS Ultimatix home page will open, here enter “User Name” and click on the “Proceed” button.
- The employee will get the password page and here employees can enter the password and click on the “Login” button.
- Then the employee will be logged in to the MyApp TCS portal successfully.
Password Reset Process For MyApp TCS Login:
In case, the employee can forget the MyApp TCS login password, they can easily reset the password. The web portal provides two methods. One is the offline method and the other is the online method
Offline Method:
The employee is advised to approach the Human Resources department or direct supervisor to reset the password.
Online Method:
- Visit the official website of the MyApp TCS.
- On the next page click on the “Login” link.
- Click on the “Need Help” button On the TCS Ultimatix home page.
- The next page will open, here click on the “Retrieve Ultimatix Account details” box.
- Now, click on the link provided on the next screen.
- Then the new page will open, here click on the “Set Password” button under the “Set New Ultimatix Password” section.
- Now, you will get two options to reset your password. One is “Set using Ultimatix Auth Code” and the other is “Set Using SMS-based OTP”.
- If you click on the “Set Using Ultimatix Auth code” option, you have to enter “Employee Number”, and “Ultimatix Auth Code” and then click on the “Submit” button.
- Now, you have to answer one secret question, after that, you can reset your password.
- In case, you select the “Set Using SMS-based OTP” option, you must enter “Employee Number”, and “Captcha Code” and then click on the “Submit” button.
- Now, you will receive an OTP to your registered mobile number and enter the OTP into the respective field.
- And also you have to answer one secret question and reset your password easily.
How To Retrieve User Name For MyApp TCS Login?
In case the employee may have forgotten the username issued by the TCS, they can retrieve it by following the methods mentioned below.
- Open the official website of MyApp TCS.
- The next page will appear, here click on the “Login” tab on the home page.
- The TCS Ultimatix home page will open, here click on the “Need help” link below the “Proceed” button.
- The next page will open, here click on the “Retrieve Ultimatix Account details” box.
- Now, click on the link provided on the next screen.
- Then the new page will open, here click on the “Receive by Mail” button under the “Get Personalized Ultimatix Username” section.
- Now, a new window will appear on the screen, here enter your “Employee Number”, and “Date of Joining”, and click on the “Submit” button.
- After that, you have to answer one security question.
- Once all the process is completed, MyAPP TCS Ultimatix User Name will be sent to the employee over email Id.
MyApp TCS – How To Setup Ultimatix Authenticator App?
- Open the official website of MyApp TCS Ultimatix at https://uxapps.ultimatix.net.
- You have to complete the login process by entering your “User Name” and “Password”.
- Now, download Ux Apps on your smartphone and accept the terms and conditions.
- Click on Install and open the app after installation.
- After that, log in to Ux Apps with your username and password.
- Search & download the Ultimatix Authenticator app from Ux Apps.
- Set the app by clicking on Begin Setup.
- Now, you have to complete the App login process by entering your Ultimatix Username and Password.
- For future access to Authenticator App, set a unique 4-digit PIN and confirm the PIN.
- You will get the message Setup Successful. Go to the next slide on instructions to use Authenticator App.
- Now, click on the “Generate AuthCode” link and copy the AuthCode from the app.
- Open www.ultimatix.net in the browser and paste the AuthCode.
- Now, manually enter the AuthCode on the Desktop Login.
How To Use Easy Auth Login Option – MyApp TCS?
- Firstly you have to install the latest version of the Authenticator app on your device from UxApps.
- Select the EasyAuth login method from the Ultimatix login page.
- Please check the number shown on the Ultimatix login page.
- Tap on the EasyAuth notification which you have received on your mobile. If you don’t receive the notification, launch the app.
- Now, authenticate using a 4-digit PIN or bio-metric.
- After initiating the EasyAuth request from the browser, use the “Toggle” button to switch to the EasyAuth screen of the app that is already open.
- On the EasyAuth screen of the Authenticator app, tap on the number which matches that on the login page.
- If the EasyAuth screen is open on the app, EasyAuth numbers will be auto-updated with new EasyAuth requests.
- Otherwise, pull down the screen for updated EasyAuth numbers.
