If any citizen of Uttar Pradesh wants to apply for a Ration card online, now it is a very simple and easy process. To apply for a ration card online, they must follow the below steps.
- The citizen should visit the official website of the Food and Civil Supplies Department of UP. ie., https://fcs.up.gov.in
- The home page will appear on the screen. You must click the “Download Forms” on the navigation bar.
- The download form page will appear. On this page, you can see 2 options related to Ration Card Application. Ie., one form for “Rural” and another for “Urban”.
- You must select the “Ration Card Application / Verification Form (Rural) option if you are from a rural area.
- If you are from a city or Urban area, you must choose the “Ration Card Application / Verification Form (Urban)” option.
- You have to choose the option according to your place. After selecting any option, the ration card application form will open on your screen.
- You should download the application form or take a printout of it directly.
- Fill out the form after printing, providing necessary details such as the leader’s name, birth date, bank name, mobile number, district, village panchayat, and family members’ names with ages.

If any citizen of the UP state applies for Ration Card and wants to check their name in the ration card list online, they must follow the below steps.
- The applicant should visit the official website of the Food and Civil Supplies Department of UP. ie., https://fcs.up.gov.in
- On the home, click on the “Ration Card Eligibility List” on the right side of the page.
- The National Food Security Act (NFSA) Eligibility list will appear on the screen.
- It contains the Name of the District, Ration Card, and Beneficiary. Here you have to click on the option of your “District”.
- Now, a new page will appear on your screen. You must click on your “Town” option on this page.
- Afterwards, on the next page, the name of the shopkeep related to your area and the information about the total eligible household beneficiary will appear in front of you.
- Then, if you know the shopkeeper’s name, you will have to click on the option of the ration card number appearing in front of you.
- Find various details on the Household page: Ration Card Number, Holder’s Name, and Date of Issuance.

- Visit the official website of the Food and Civil Supplies Department of UP. ie., https://fcs.up.gov.in
- Click on the “Search in ration card eligibility list” option on the right side of the home page.
- On the next screen, you will find two options, and you have to select any one option. The options are “From Ration Card Number” and “Ration Card From other Details”.
- If you select “From Ration Card Number”, you must enter “Ration Card Number” and “Captcha Code” and then click on the “Search” button.
- Enter the required info like district, block/town, card type, name of head, chief’s father’s name, and captcha code to search.
- Then the Ration Card Eligibility List will appear on the screen.
How To View Fair Price Shop E-Challan On FCS UP Portal?
- Open the Food and Civil Supplies Department of UP’s official website. ie., https://fcs.up.gov.in
- The main screen will appear, here click on the “Fair Price Shop E-Challan” on the navigation bar.
- The E-Invoice Download page will open. Enter essential details, and click “See” to view allocation information.
- Then the Fair Price E-Challan details will appear on the screen, and you can also download it by clicking on the Download option.

Annapurna Yojana:
