- The citizen should visit the website of “Consumer Affairs, Food & Civil Supplies” by typing in the URL https://civilsupplies.ap.gov.in/ in the web browser’s address bar.
- Once logged into the home screen, go to the “Search” option. Here, you can find three options such as “Rice Card”, “Application Status As on EPDS,” and “Application Status As on VSWS”.
- The applicant must select “Application Status As on VSWS” and click on it.
- On the next page, enter “Vsws Application Code” and click the “Search” option.
- Then you will get the VSWS application status.

How To Register In Village Secretariat – Ward Secretariat (VSWS) Portal?
The following are the steps on how to register in the VSWS portal.
- Open the official website of VSWS. i.e., https://uat.vswsonline.ap.gov.in
- Tap on the “Login” section and click on the “Citizen Login” option on the right side of the page.
- If you are a registered user, you can log in by entering your email ID.
- Otherwise, click “Create One!” and enter your email id.
- An OTP will be sent to your email id, and you can enter that OTP on the next page and click “Next”.
- A pop window will open, read the instructions on the window and click the “Accept” button.
- The next page will open, here, you have to enter “Aadhaar Number”, “Display Name”, “Given Name”, and “Mobile Number” and then click on the “Continue” button.
- Then you will be registered successfully in the VSWS portal.

Village Secretariat / Ward Secretariat (VSWS.co.in) Inventory Tracking Portal Information:
VSWS.co.in is the government of AP portal that was developed by the Hardware maintenance service portal ( HMS ) to track hardware available to each village secretariat/ward secretariat ( VSWS ) and enable the secretariats to raise service issues.
The government of Andhra Pradesh has established a 15004 village secretariat/ward secretariat (VSWS) and positioned 1.34 lakh functionaries and 2.66 lakh volunteers to deliver service and welfare programs at the doorsteps. VSWS department supplied sufficient IT – Hardware to the secretariats and volunteers.
The government supplied 2 Desktops, 1 UPS, 1 Multi-functional printer, 1 Laminating Machine, 1 Smart mobile with 4G sim, 1 Iris Scanner, and a 4G Sim to each Volunteer and 1 Smart Phone and a 4G Sim to each Mahila Police.
The functioning of this IT – hardware plays an important role in delivering services and welfare programs at the doorsteps of citizens by the secretariats. Given the importance of this equipment, VSWS.co.in serves as the single point of the portal for the department to track and ensure hardware issues are being resolved proactively.

This Village / Ward Secretariat System was established by the Chief Minister of AP Sri Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy with the main goal that there should be no room for corruption or discrimination and that the administration should reach out to the people. With effect from 2nd October 2019, 15,004 Secretariats have been made available for Village / Ward Administration across the State To deliver services to the Citizens door steps.
