  • The Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited home page will open.
  • You need to scroll down the home page and go to “Consumer Corner”.
  • Now, click on “Bill Payment (Rural) under the “Bill Generation and Payment” section.
  • You will be redirected to the new page, here click on the “View Bill Payment/Bill” link.
  • On the next page, you have to enter “Account No”, and “Verification Code” and then click on the “Submit”  button.

Registration Process:

If any Urabn area people, in Uttar Pradesh, wants to register as a new user on the Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) portal for bill payments, you must follow the below steps.

  • The consumer needs to visit the official website of Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) at https://www.uppcl.org/.
  • The UPPCL home page will appear on the screen. Here, you need to scroll down the page and select “New User” and click on the “Register” tab.
  • Now, you will find three options. Ie., Urban, Rural, and Kesco.
  • You must click on the “Uraban” option.

  • Then you will be redirected to the registration page, where you have to select “Discome Name” enter “Account No”, and “Bill No” and then click on the “Continue” button.

  • Then your details will be displayed on the screen. Validate your details and enter your “Email Id”, “Mobile No”, “Password”, “Secret Question” and “Secret Answer” and then click on the “Submit” button.
  • Once you have submitted the form, you will get a confirmation mail to your email ID.
  •  You have to click on the link in the mail and log in to activate your account. 
  • After successful activation, your UPPCL online registration will be complete.
Login Process:

  • On the home page, go to “Consumer Corner” and click on the “Registered User – Login” link.
  • And select the “Urban” type. Then you will be redirected to the UPPCL Login page.
  • Here, select “Discom Name”, enter “Account No”, “Password”, and “Captcha Code” and then click on the “Login” button.
  • Then you will be logged into the UPPCL portal and can able to view your bill and pay the UPPCL bill online. 

UPPCL mPower New User Registration Process (Rural Areas) – UPPCL Bill Pay: 

Registration Process:
  • The customer should visit the official website of Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) at https://www.uppcl.org/.
  • The UPPCL home page will appear on the screen. Here, you need to scroll down and find a “Consumer Corner”.
  • Here, go to the “New User  – Register” tab and click on the “Rural” option.
  • You will be redirected to the UPPCL mPower new user registration page. 
  • Here, enter your “Account Number”, “Service Connection Number”, “Password”, “Confirm Password”, “Full Name”, “Mobile No”, and “Primary Email”.
  • And also you need to choose “Secret Question” and enter the “Secret Answer”.
  • Now, you need to tick the box either “Bill alerts receive through SMS” or “Bill alerts receive through Email”.
  • After that enter the ‘Captcha Code” and then click on the “Register” button.

  • Then you will be registered on the UPPCL mPower portal successfully.
Login Process:
  • Go to the official website of Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) at https://www.uppcl.org/.
  • On the home page, go to “Consumer Corner” and click on the “Registered User – Log in” link.
  • And select the “Rural” type. Then you will be redirected to the UPPCL mPower Consumer Login page.
  • Here, enter your “Account Number”, “Password”, and “Captcha Code” and then click on the “Login” button.

  • Then you will be logged into the UPPCL mPower portal successfully.
