• The application form will appear on the screen. Here, enter the necessary  Basic details like “IPAS Employee No”, “HRMS ID”, “Candidate Name”, “Father’s Name”, “Gender”, “Aadhaar Number”, etc.

• After completing all the details click on the “Next” tab.

• The photograph should be attested by the controlling Supervisor/Official and the application must be forwarded with the signature, name, and designation of the forwarding Supervisor/Official. 
• After that, the Employee may log in either using the IPAS number and date of birth or the application number and date of birth to upload the scanned copies.

HALL TICKET (e-CALL LETTER) FOR CBT, Aptitude Test, and Document Verification:

• Notices will send to qualified applicants concerning the e-Call letter and other related information on their given mobile number and email address. 
• No physical call letter will post. However, the applicants must frequently visit the RRC/Chennai website as there could be problems with the delivery of SMS/E-mail due to reasons outside the control of RRC. 
• Eligible applicants can download their e-Call letter via the RRC/Chennai website before the CBT, Aptitude Test, and DV (as applicable). 
• People must read the instructions on their e-Call letter thoroughly and follow them diligently. Failing to comply with the instructions can lead to the cancellation of their candidacy. 
• Candidates should come to the exam with their relieving letter, e-Call letter, and a valid form of identification, preferably one issued by their employer or Voter Card, Aadhar Card, Driving License, PAN card, or Passport. 
• The name, DOB, and photo on the ID must match the details specified in the online form, otherwise, they will not be able to participate in the CBT, Aptitude Test, or DV (as applicable). 
• Candidates must also bring a color photograph (35 mm X 45 mm) that they uploaded with the application to the CBT, Aptitude Test, DV, and 16 Medical Examinations (as applicable).
• Applicants should leave the provided blank spaces on their e-Call letter for writing the self-declaration paragraph, signature, and left thumb impression unfilled while attending the exam. 
• The RRC will not respond to any request for changes in the Examination/DV centre, date, or session allotted to the candidate(s).
• WARNING: At the exam venue, the applicants must write the self-declaration paragraph on their e-Call letter, sign, and affix the left thumb impression in the presence of the invigilator. Those who write the self-declaration paragraph beforehand and/or sign in capitals will be disqualified.
