- Open the Employee Assistant Portal of Haryana. That is https://intrahry.gov.in/
- There you can see the Login page.
- Below the login, you can see a link for “New registrations”. Click on that link. Then an online registration form will be opened.
- Now, choose the “Type of Employee” according to your office designation or level of work.
- Now enter the unique code or receipt code provided to you.
- Then enter the bank account details to which your salary is credited monthly.

- Now link your mobile number to Human Resource Management System and the E-pay. This will help the employee to get all the important notifications on the linked mobile number.
- For linking your mobile number, an OTP will be sent to your number to confirm the working condition of the mobile. Enter the OTP on the registration application in the given space. Your mobile number will be verified after entering the correct OTP.
- Then you will be asked to create your Password for the login process.
- After creating the Password submit the page.
- Then a message will be displayed showing that the employee registration is successful.

- Retirement Due: it maintains the details about the retirement of all the employees in the state.
- Post Wise Sanctioned and Vacancy Position: it contains details about a post and the details of the employees to whom the center is sanctioned and also the details about the vacant positions in every department
- Office wise Sanctioned and Vacancy Position: Every department has one office in each district or Mandal. So this HRMS also maintains the details about the vacancies filled in each office and the available vacancies.
- Annual Confidential Report(ACR) Pending: it also holds the pending annual confidential reports of the employees of all the departments.

- Open the website https://intrahry.gov.in/
- Select your category among the four options given.
- Then enter your “User Id” and “Password.”
- Now enter the security code and click on login.
- After successful login, click on the Home button on the HRMS Haryana Portal.
- Then select the necessary checkbox to go forward with a leave application procedure.
- Now Enter the number of days of leave required, enter the reason for withdrawal, and then upload the medical documents if the rest is for health issues.
